How To Order - Online Ordering Instructions

Ordering checks through Artistic Checks is easy, safe and secure. To learn how to order checks on our website, follow the steps below:

Browsing and Selecting Products

  1. Browse our main product categories by clicking the category in the navigation section across the top of the page.
  2. Choose a design.
  3. Once on the product page, select the items you wish to purchase in the Order Now box. If you are ordering checks, please choose a format (singles or duplicates) and quantity (1, 2 or 4 boxes). You may change the quantity of any product later in the checkout process.
  4. You can also choose to add matching accessories to your order or add In-Plant Rush to receive your checks faster. Then click ADD TO CART to add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page.

Shopping Cart Page

  1. Preview all items in your shopping cart. You may remove items or update quantities on the Shopping Cart page.
  2. You may choose to continue shopping or proceed with checkout by clicking the appropriate button.
  3. If you continue with checkout and have a personalized product in your cart (checks, labels, cards, or stamps) you will be redirected to Step 1 of the Checkout process, "Personalize Your Products."

NOTE: For security reasons, you may purchase only one check product per order.

Checkout Step 1: Personalize Products

  1. Select the desired options for your personalized product. Options available MAY include (depending on your product) Special Lettering, Cuts and/or Monograms, and Over-Signature Text.
  2. Click the "Submit & Continue" button.
  3. Using your existing check as a reference, fill in all personal and bank information according to what you want printed on your checks. If you need help finding your routing and account numbers, you can refer to the diagram provided for assistance.
  4. Click the "Preview" button to view your product with all selected options and personalization. For security reasons, your routing number and account number will not appear on the preview. Your preview will appear in a pop-up window, which you should close when you have finished previewing your product.
  5. Click the "Submit & Continue" button. If you have additional personalized products in your cart, you will remain in Step 1 to select options and enter personalization. Otherwise you will continue to Step 2.

Checkout Step 2: Order Review

  1. On this page you will preview all the products in your order with all options, personalization and prices.
  2. You may view the pop-up preview of each personalized product again by clicking the "Preview" button under each product image.
  3. You may click the Edit product link to make changes to your options or personalization.
  4. You may click the Remove link to discard unwanted products from your order.
  5. You can also add EZShield Pro to your order. To learn about the benefits of this service, review the blue box below the pricing.
  6. If you have an offer code from an advertisement, you may enter it on this page to see if your order qualifies for the promotional pricing. Enter the offer code and click APPLY.
  7. Click CHECKOUT to proceed to Step 3: "Shipping & Billing."

Checkout Step 3: Shipping & Billing

  1. If your order contains checks, the shipping and billing information will pre-populate from your check personalization. For security reasons, your shipping and billing addresses must match when placing an online check order, but the information that prints on the face of the check can be customized should you need to include a different physical address. All check orders are subject to address verification procedures to protect against fraud.
  2. Complete all required fields for your first name, last name, shipping address and e-mail address which will be used to send order and shipment confirmation messages. We also require your phone number so we can call you if we have a question about your order.
  3. Choose a shipping method.
  4. If you’ve not already selected it, select In-Plant Rush if you want to receive your checks faster.
  5. Click the "Submit & Continue" button to proceed to Step 4: "Review & Payment."

Checkout Step 4: Review & Payment

  1. This page includes a final review of your order.
  2. You may view the pop-up preview of each personalized product again by clicking the "Preview" button under each product image.
  3. You may use the Edit Quantity link to change the quantity of any product in your order.
  4. You may use the Edit Shipping & Billing or Edit Shipping Method links to change information in this area. Remember, if your order contains checks, the shipping and billing information will pre-populate from your check personalization. For security reasons, your shipping and billing addresses must match when placing an online check order, but the information that prints on the face of the check can be customized should you need to include a different physical address. All check orders are subject to address verification procedures to protect against fraud.
  5. Please complete all information for credit card payment (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover only).
  6. Press COMPLETE PURCHASE to complete your online order.

Order Acknowledgement

  1. Please print this page for your records.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number that will allow you to check the status of your order on our site.
